Badra Gunba and Sergey Kiriyenko visited school No. 15 in the New district of Sukhum

President of the Republic of Abkhazia Badra Gunba and First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia Sergey Kiriyenko visited secondary school No. 15 in the New district of Sukhum.

They got acquainted with the reconstruction of the school building, carried out with the support of the Rosatom State Corporation. The facade work and landscaping of the surrounding area have already been completed.

On September 30, 2025, a new sports ground was opened on the school grounds, built with the support of Rosatom. It was then that the reconstruction of the school building was discussed, and Rosatom undertook to repair the facade and the surrounding area.

Updating the educational infrastructure is an important part of the joint work of Abkhazia and Russia to create comfortable conditions for learning and development of the younger generation. The reconstruction of school No. 15 is one of the examples of systematic support for the social sphere of the republic.
