The results of the Situation Center's work were presented during the meeting. The implementation of the "Incident Management" system has established a connection between departments and the public, allowed for the processing of inquiries, and significantly reduced response times to citizens' requests.

The Head of the State thanked his Russian colleagues for the center's methodological support. Badra Gunba emphasized that the state's actions are taken for the benefit of its citizens, therefore they should know what steps are being taken. 

The country must tell the world about its history, culture, achievements, and economic and tourism potential itself, otherwise others will do it. The task of state structures is to develop digital communications and create a media strategy.

Openness is the key to the stability of a political system, and trust is impossible without honest dialogue. The President emphasized: if a problem cannot be solved immediately, it is better to be frank with people, explain the reasons, and set a timeline. 

Openness is not only the duty of the Head of State, but a principle for all government bodies, every leader, and every civil servant.

The main task of the RA Situational Center is to help agencies make prompt, balanced decisions, identify problems in a timely manner, predict risks, and offer solutions. The Head of State noted that the information field should be mature, responsible, professional, and constructive.

Vladimir Tabak, CEO of ANO "Dialog," noted the importance of implementing digital standards for improving the quality of public administration and expressed readiness to continue methodological support.
