On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia, President Badra Gunba signed a number of decrees awarding honorary titles.

For outstanding personal contributions to the development and implementation of foreign policy, the promotion of the interests of the Republic of Abkhazia internationally, and the development and strengthening of political ties with foreign states, the honorary title “Honored Worker of the Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Abkhazia” was awarded to Sergey Mironovich Shamba.

For personal contributions to the development and strengthening of foreign policy relations, as well as for upholding and defending the interests of the Republic of Abkhazia, the honorary title “Honored Worker of the Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Abkhazia” was awarded to:

— Igor Muratovich Akhba;
— Zaur Konstantinovich Gvadzhava.

For contributions to the establishment and development of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Abkhazia, many years of dedicated service, and high professionalism, the honorary title “Honored Worker of the Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Abkhazia” was awarded to:

— Larisa Shalvovna Mertskhulava;
— Martin Raulievich Tarkil;
— Stella Shotovna Chkadua.
